The things people ask before saying yes.

How long is a typical engagement?

Most projects ship in 2-6 weeks. Anything longer than that, I'll break into milestones so you're not staring at a black box.

How do we actually work together?

Async-first — shared Notion or Linear, daily updates, weekly demo call. Real-time pairing on request when something gnarly comes up.

Where are you and what timezone do you work in?

Amsterdam (CET / CEST). I overlap comfortably with the UK, EU and US east coast. Asia and west coast US works for kickoff calls but day-to-day is European hours.

Can you sign an NDA?

Yes — happy to sign a standard mutual NDA before the discovery call. Send yours over or I'll share a simple one.

Who are you a bad fit for?

Anything that needs an in-person team, a large existing codebase to babysit long-term, or '10 of you on retainer' setups. Best fit: founders, small teams, agencies needing a sharp specialist for a short window.
